Qualification:- BE/B.Tech- Civil

Experience- real estate project's Experience is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:-

- Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to the Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Over-runs and Quality Compliance; ensuring right path for the execution & completion of projects.

- Managing the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, ensuring that the project gets done on time and within budget.

- Overseeing for project scheduling & coordination for design/ construction processes, including the selection, hiring and oversight of contractors.

- Leading a team of professionals; ensuring suitable deployment and availability of manpower.

- Generating designs (utilizing architects), engineering drawings, specification, bill quantities, estimating manpower requirements, cost control, monitoring for quality and evolution.

- Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.

- Designing and implementing stringent systems and quality plans/ manuals to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project. Coordination in preparation of DBRs of the projects which includes all civil / MEP specifications.

- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, sub contractors/ external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and statutory clearances.

- Acting as techno-commercial; designing and implementing effective procurement schedules along with finalising the specifications of materials and establishing the quality and quantity limits.

- Conducting quality inspection of materials, executing works and getting approval clients for acceptance.
