Job Description
Location - Bengaluru (J P Nagar)
Salary - Upto 21 LPA
Working Days - 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
Experience - 6-7 Years experience (Corporate Tax/Direct Tax)
Job description is as follows -
Tax planning -
- Assisting in identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities for the Company and functioning as an in-house tax advisor
- Doing tax efficient planning of business transactions
Tax litigation support -
- Interacting with tax authorities and working with external consultants/ counsel to help with assessments / litigations
- Assisting in devising the litigation strategy for the company
Tax compliances -
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all statutory compliances and internal reporting
- Identifying and implementing process efficiencies
Assist in other one-off projects
- CA with minimum 6 Years of experience into Corporate Tax/Direct Tax & Litigation & Compliance.
