Associate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution Collaborate with senior project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Resource and Stakeholder Management Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Risk and Issue Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays or budget overruns.
Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and final project summaries.
Present regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
