Manager-Project Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

- Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management

- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed

- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement

- Mentor and coach project team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field

- PMP certification preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivery

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
