Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Compensation Functional Consultant
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Job Description:
Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and
maintaining configurations in Oracle Talent Management and Compensation applications. The
ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle HCM systems like Global HR, Oracle
Talent Management and Compensation, to implement and personalize Oracle applications to
meet our business needs. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather
requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle HCM modules across different functional
areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology,
or related field.
Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM modules, particularly in
Talent Management and Compensation.
Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM applications
Implementation.
Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements,
including but not limited to Talent Management and Compensation.
Having hands on experience with Performance review cycles configuration within Oracle
HCM
Having hands on experience in configuring workforce compensation plans, Individual
compensation plans and Total Compensation statements... etc.
Having hands on experience with Fast formula development will be an added advantage.
Should have done documentation such as Test Scripts, user manuals and training guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and
project managers, to deliver Oracle projects on time and within budget.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Oracle certifications Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
