Visual Designer

Create and maintain high standards of creative designs.
Independently perform medium to high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, andintuitive and customer centric while following the style guides.

Work on multiple creative projects and independently manage time to meet deadlines.
Incorporate creative execution best practices to ensure high-volume designs are delivered in a timely
manner.
Become a Subject Matter Expert on any visual design artefacts within the firm.

Present work to design teams, user experience teams and key stakeholders for review and feedback
while staying customer focused.
Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive creative deliverables that are
well-documented and ready for execution.
Effectively communicate present your ideas to stakeholders.

What youll Do Day-to-Day:
Develop and design visual assets including storyboards, icons, product labels, and data visualization
infographics.
Thorough understanding of design languages followed by UI frameworks. Maintain and systematically
improve design language to align with the industry s best practices.
Create promotional emails/newsletters, advertisements, web banners, social content
Research colors, styles and current trends. Thorough understanding of iconography Brand creation
guidelines.
Develop presentations and communicate design solutions to the team and clients.
Involve in various event marketing related activities within the firm.
Collaborate with external design agencies for firm wide marketing related artefacts.
Work with documentation team to develop easy to understand walkthrough splash screens for user
onboarding.

Who Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative
studies with 0 to 5 years of Work Experience.
Intermediate/high proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory

and an advance knowledge of how those principles work together.
Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal, written and graphical.
Outstanding organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
Desire ability to work independently, as well as collaborative, in a fast-paced work environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet tight deadlines.
Digital platform (Web, Tablet Mobile) design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines.

 

Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects Proficiency in UI

prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, FIGMA.
Good drawing and sketching ability, both traditional and digital (Vector based illustration skills).
Experience and comfort negotiating with and presenting to engineering and marketing teams.
Knowledge understanding of HTML/CSS for front end design styling.
Open and receptive to design critique but also able to represent your own work.
Motion graphics and video editing skills.
