Experience: 10+ Years in IT Sales / Healthcare Sales / Pharma Sales (Medical Representatives not eligible)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Sales, Healthcare, or Pharma Sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This role requires flexibility but mandates at least two in-person client meetings per day within Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in IT, Healthcare, or Pharma sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
• Conduct at least two in-person meetings daily with clients and prospects.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Pharma Sales.
• Strong B2B sales experience and an existing network in the industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai for in-person client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or relevant degree in Sales/Marketing (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in handling large accounts and high-value sales.
