Location: Remote
Experience: 4+ Years

Shift time: 10 am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday

Education: Mandatory Engineering Degree (Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Project Manager with a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage software development projects effectively. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer (SD) and 2+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management. The candidate should be able to bridge the gap between development teams and business stakeholders while ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks proactively.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to track project progress and ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure code quality, software architecture, and overall project feasibility with hands-on technical knowledge.
• Lead project meetings, status updates, and sprint reviews.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and project team members.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of total experience in IT, including:
• Minimum 2 years as a Software Developer (SD) with hands-on coding experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Project Management (PM) handling IT/software development projects.
• Mandatory Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Git, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Certifications like PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PRINCE2.
• Experience in Cloud, DevOps, or AI-based projects.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation in IT projects.
