Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Quality Assurance Manager, with a demonstrated understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Hidocs services and platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and create customized marketing plans.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services.

3. Campaign Management:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including CME videos, podcasts, infographics, and social media promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

4. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure collaboration across cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.

5. Market Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in pharma marketing.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance service offerings.

6. Content Strategy:

• Collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all communications.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, ROI, and client satisfaction.

Present insights to senior management and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech with or without MBA
• 3- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and executing successful campaigns. • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analysis software.
