Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.
o Manage and optimize the organization's presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, youtube,pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn).
o Handle social media for Hidesign & Hidesign hotels (Promenade, Dupliex, casablanca)
o Share user-generated content to build community and trust.
o Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
o Stay updated on platform changes and emerging trends.
o Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual representation across all social media channels.
o Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and respond to emerging issues.
Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
o Prepare regular reports outlining key insights and recommendations for improvement every week.
Ad Campaigns and Budget Management:
o Create and manage social media advertising campaigns.
o Optimize ad spend to achieve the best possible ROI.
Training and Development:
o Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
o Train and educate internal teams on social media guidelines and strategies.
