Data Scientist :

Total Experience : 4 - 7 yrs

Preferred domain : HR Analytics and Workforce data modeling

Exp start date : On or before Mar 15, 2025 +/- 2-3 days | On completion of successful BGV

Location : Hybrid (Bengaluru - Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar) | 2 days a week

Work timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (IST) | Extendable upto 9 -10 PM (IST) for Teams call w/ US based team

Selection : Initial discussions for profile understanding / zCon's Technical interview + 2 Client's

Technical interview (Teams / G-Meet w/ Camera ON from Laptop ONLY)

Onboarding after successful BGV of technically selected candidates

LinkedIn profile : Must be updated on clearing first technical interview

Laptop + Internet : To be provided by the resource partner or arranged by the candidate

Min configuration : i7-2.8 GHz (10th generation) | 16 GB | 500 GB HDD / 512 GB SSD | Windows 10 / 11

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement predictive models to support business decision-making.

- Build and deploy machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems.

- Analyze large datasets using statistical and data science techniques.

- Use Python, R, and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven insights.

- Continuously improve and optimize machine learning models for accuracy and efficiency.

- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist in Predictive Modelling and Machine Learning

- Excellent hands-on experience in Python, R for data analysis and model development.

- Hands-on experience with Jupyter notebooks for data exploration.

- Sound knowledge and understanding of Statistics, Probability and hypothesis testing.

- Experience of working with large datasets and data wrangling techniques.

- Ability to build data-driven visualizations and communicate insights effectively.

- An individual contributor as well as an efficient & effective team member.

Nice to have :

- Familarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-Learn

- Knowledge of SQL for data query

- Experience with big tools like Spark / Hadoop / AWS ML services

- Understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
