Job Description :

Work timings - 1 Pm to 11 Pm

Selection mode - 2 rounds of interview

Experience - 7+ Years - someone who is very hands on.

Objectives :

- Ensure the smooth functioning of Microsoft 365 applications and services. Focused on core services such as Exchange online, Teams, Powerapps, Security, Compliance etc.

- Optimize and enhance the organization's infrastructure services for performance and reliability.

- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard data and systems.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and Infrastructure related issues.

Responsibilities :

Microsoft 365 Management :

- Administer user accounts, licenses, and access permissions within Microsoft 365 and EntraID.

- Configure and manage Exchange Hybrid Infrastructure, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Defender suite and other Microsoft 365 services.

- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 security features, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft 365 governance and security.

- Monitor and analyze Microsoft 365 usage and performance metrics.

Infrastructure Services Management :

- Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure components.

- Implement and manage network configurations, ensuring optimal performance.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.

- Perform regular backups, updates, and patches to ensure system stability.

EntraID Management :

- Administer Entra ID, including user and group management, and synchronization with on-premises Active Directory.

- Implement and manage Azure AD Connect for seamless user identity synchronization.

- Configure and monitor Azure AD Identity Protection for enhanced security.

- Collaborate with the other teams to implement Azure AD-based conditional access policies.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for Microsoft 365 services as per FIFA's guidelines.

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Support and Troubleshooting :

- Provide tier 3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues, collaborating with the service desk as needed.

- Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

- Document and communicate resolutions for recurring issues.

Reporting :

- Generate regular reports on Microsoft 365 usage, performance, and security.

- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align technology solutions.

- Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates and insights.
