Pega Developer - LSA Certified (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Pega Platform Developer with LSA certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, BPM (Business Process Management), and experience working with a wide range of technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You should have a proven track record of applying Agile methodologies in project delivery, along with strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing applications using the Pega platform, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize applications using the Pega Platform.

- Leverage Java, BPM, and other web technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance and maintain systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing effective solutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes by using Pega BPM tools and methodologies.

- Write and maintain clean, efficient code while adhering to best practices.

- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of applications.

Required Skills & Experience :

- LSA Certification in Pega Platform.

- Proven experience in Pega Platform development and implementation.

- Strong proficiency in Java and BPM concepts.

- Experience with XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend development.

- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in integrating Pega with other enterprise systems.

- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and platforms.

- Additional certifications related to Pega or BPM.
