Urgent Requirement For Store Manager(DIVA Brand) @ Anna Nagar, Chennai

Diva is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our vibrant team and oversee the daily operations at our boutique. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for and extensive knowledge of ethnic fashion, including Ghagracholi, Gowns, all types of Sarees, Ethnic dresses, and Kameez.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain high standards of store presentation and customer service.
• Drive sales through superior product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective team management.
• Ensure all staff are thoroughly trained in product features, fashion trends, and customer service.
• Manage and oversee the inventory of ethnic wear, ensuring availability and variety.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer issues and queries promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance and buying trends.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote new products and special events.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically in fashion retail focusing on ethnic wear.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Extensive knowledge of ethnic wear categories such as Ghagracholi, Sarees, Gowns, Ethnic dresses, and Kameez.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• A Bachelors degree in Business Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.
