Job Description
Project Head
Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience : 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Criteria:-
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Coordinate with the Vice President - Projects to align project strategies with broader business objectives.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of all project phases.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring accountability and efficiency across teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Vice President - Projects and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication regarding project status, changes, and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Conduct regular project reviews to anticipate and resolve challenges.
