Role: Tech BA

Skills: Knowledge of AI and GenAI (not coding knowledge). Should have delivered GenAI projects.

Story communication skills (oral and written)

Should have knowledge of Scrum and scrum ceremony

Should be able to handle multiple projects

Strong documentation and presentation skills

As BA with Technical and GenAI background, you'll be working with application feature delivery teams to define and decomp Epics and Capabilities along with writing out User Stories which the application development teams will consume. You'll be partnering with Product Owners and Scrum Masters on a daily basis, as well as the full application development teams for product backlog refinement sessions. Strong experience in working with Agile application development teams is a requirement. Ability to work with little supervision, within a high paced environment and able to manage up to 2 teams is also a must. Experience with Web Application development for new feature work as well as enhancements to existing features is a requirement. Strong experience with leading backlog grooming / refinement sessions is a must have.
