HR - Recruiter/Fresher

Role & responsibilities

• Managing the entire recruitment cycle from understanding the talent needs from department heads to
• successfully closing the position, completing the joining formalities and arranging for Induction thereby
• maintaining the database for the same
• Source potential candidates from different platforms
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and their roles and responsibilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Sourcing, screening & shortlisting profiles through various job portals - Naukri/LinkedIn Etc
• Handling client interview rounds (L1, L2 & L3)
• Co- coordinating with candidates & sending offers to candidates
• Completing documentation and BGV Process
