Job Description
- 8+ years Microsoft D365 CRM experience including integrations and data management
- Minimum 4+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Customer insights and other CDP platforms
- Knowledge of data integration, analysis, and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Azure Data Factory, or SQL
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or related fields
- Experience with Azure platform development, PowerApps, PowerBI, Azure flow, logic apps, Azure functions is advantageous
