Job Description

1) Minimum 4+ year experience developing/designing BI/reporting solutions
2) Minimum 4+ years of experience in Cognos incl. the latest version or min. 10.x version
3) Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing BI solutions/dashboards using Power BI
4) SQL/MDX skills
5) Knowledge of Cognos modeling and report development
6) Report and model trouble-shooting skills
7) Strong in SQL
8) Ability to convey BOTH technical & business acumen in terms of requirements, approaches, responses, and outcomes. Ability to present to internal/external groups as required
9) Understanding of effective dimensional modeling techniques as they relate to the performance of Cognos
10) Cognos report development experience using Report Studio
11) Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
12) Strong ability to utilize written and verbal communication skills.
13) Strong customer service orientation and commitment to professionalism.
14) Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
