Thorough understanding of the Power Platform administration centre


Competent in reviewing application insights, looking for trends and making recommendations to improve performance, stability, storage etc


Upgrading resources and applications as new versions are available
Understanding of how Dynamics security groups operate with Entra IDs and provisioning the appropriate groups / structures to enable users to connect to the platform and operate in the right way


Power Apps
Familiar with deployments of Managed and Unmanaged Solutions using Update and Upgrade options


Detailed understanding of relational database design, configuration of Dynamics Dataverse Tables, Fields and Relationships to provide the appropriate platform setup


Understanding of how to build Apps, using the Form designer to configure model driven apps


Understanding of how assemblies of web resources should be configured and controlled both from a repository perspective and through solution deployments


Azure DevOps
Overall understanding of how Repos, Test Script Frameworks, Automated Deployments should be configured, along with the associated linkages to Stories, Features and Epics

Familiarity with integration options between DevOps and Dataverse
Power Automate
Ability to review Power Automate cloud workflows and troubleshoot backlog queue build ups and errors


Triage
Familiarity with Microsoft Support process and raising / tracking tickets to resolution to address platform issues


Understanding end user connectivity issues and working to resolve with support teams


Soft Skills
Ability to communicate with Network Engineers and Developers on the needs for the platform
