Job Title: Reconciliation Analyst Ops

Job Description: We are seeking a Nashville based analyst to join our Cash Reconciliation Analyst team in Insurance Operations.

Describe the role: Within Insurance Operations, the individual will be responsible for the governance and completion of all daily Reconciliation activities. This includes interaction with Portfolio Management teams, SRM and Custodian banks, Auditors and Equitable US Insurance Accounting Department and working with the Equitable US General Ledger. The individual will be expected to work as a part of a team and will need to be able to communicate effectively with various internal and external clients.

Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports: The Insurance Operations team services many internal and external applications.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Daily monitoring and evidencing of oversight controls related to reconciliation.
2. Working collaboratively internal and external stakeholders.
3. Participation in various firm initiatives and working groups
4. Participation in internal/external audit best practice discussions
