Full-Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end of our web platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences, and ensuring smooth deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Develop, deploy, and maintain web applications utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Front-End Development: Create responsive, dynamic, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices.
• Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database models using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for effective data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Use Git for source code versioning and collaborative workflows with a focus on efficient code management and team collaboration.
• TypeScript: Write type-safe, maintainable code using TypeScript to improve developer experience and code quality.
• UI/UX Design Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX teams and implement designs from Figma, ensuring the front-end aligns with the visual and functional goals of the project.
• Cloud & Deployment: Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes, including basic knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes for containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing & Quality: Implement and enforce testing practices such as unit testing and integration testing using modern frameworks to ensure high-quality and reliable code.
• Agile Practices: Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and team standups, to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices, always looking for ways to improve code quality, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MERN Stack Expertise: 5+ years of experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• React.js & Next.js: Proven experience building dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React.js and Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Database Knowledge: Solid experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and database management.
• DAS (Data Analytics and Science): Work closely with data teams to implement data models, integrate analytics, and ensure smooth interaction between the application and data layers.
• TypeScript: Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and type-safe applications.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git for managing source code and collaborating in a team environment.
• UI/UX Design Tools: Familiarity with design systems and collaboration tools like Figma to translate designs into high-quality code.
• Backend Development: In-depth knowledge of building server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js, including experience with API design, authentication, and optimization.
