Job Summary:

We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to develop and maintain full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordesigning, implementing, and deploying scalable and high-performance web solutions. As a part of our development team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB,
Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
● Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
● Work with MongoDB and Mongoose to manage databases, handle queries, and optimize performance.
● Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
● Implement and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure code quality and performance.
● Integrate third-party services and APIs when required.
● Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
● Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role in software development.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+.
● React.js expertise, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and component design.
● Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js to build back-end services and APIs.
● Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose for database management and optimization.
● Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
● Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
● Proficiency in Git for version control.
● Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time communication.
● Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack and Babel.
● Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging tools.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku, DigitalOcean).
● Familiarity with Docker for containerization and deployment.
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
● Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai).
● Understanding of SEO best practices for React applications.
● Familiarity with front-end libraries like Material-UI, Bootstrap, or Ant Design.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Bond Policy:
We have a 1-year Bond Policy. During the first 3 months, you will be under a probation period.
During this probation period, you will receive half of your salary. The remaining half will be
held as a security deposit, which will be returned to you upon your successful completion of
the bond period and at the time of your relieving, provided you choose to leave after 1 year.
