In this exciting role you will be a part of a strong team in Global IT and play a critical role providing technical expertise for development, maintenance, and operations of our WorkFusion RPA platform. The role will primarily be responsible for -

Solution Design: Design and build robust and scalable platform environment by analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Platform Administration & Management: Maintain the technical configuration and design for our WorkFusion platform to optimal performance, availability, scalability, reliability and efficiency. Perform all basic platform administration tasks like installing patches, minor and major system upgrades, and daily hygiene tasks.

Workflow Optimization: Optimize and enhance existing automation workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and implementing enhancements.

Integration: Integrate WorkFusions platform with existing systems, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Testing and Deployment: Develop testing strategies, conduct thorough testing of automation workflows, and manage deployment processes in various environments.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with WorkFusions latest features and enhancements, and continuously explore new automation opportunities to drive innovation. Governance: work on establishing best practices and promoting them across HPE. Conduct code/design reviews as needed.

Education :
