Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Supporting Application Center In-charge in attending walk in clients in the business hours.
2. Providing measurement specific design by visiting sites of different customers.
3. Getting details from customers for Free Design Service (FDS).
4. Following up with customers for knowing the conversion rate (asking for dealer invoice for tertiary sales claiming).
5. Responsible for maintaining the showroom with the In-charge.
6. Initiating training program for different type of customers like Interior Designers (IDs), Architects, Carpenters, Contractors, etc. in the showroom.
7. Helping in customer engagement program initiated by the company during national & regional specific festivities/celebrations.
