Officer/Sr. Officer - International Marketing - Mumbai

Job description:

1.Key Account management: -

a) Cross functional co-ordination for orders process within stipulated time.

b) Regular interaction with the supply chain to maintain on time deliveries ensuring no delay in supply.

c) Sharing order status to buyers periodically.

d) Sales order raising in the Marketing Portal. Update and maintain records in excel.

e) Develop good understanding of incoterms.

f) Timely follow up & coordination with buyers for timely pick-up of consignments from warehouse.

g) Maintain and update various MIS pertaining to buyers.

2.Logistics: -

a) Understand customer requirements, float freight enquiries, and arrange supportive documents which are required at the time of shipment.

b) Share final set of shipment documents with buyers. Monitor the shipment till it reaches the consignee/destination.

c) Close coordination with logistics for shipment status and sharing with buyers.

d) Close coordination with 3PLs if required for shipment status.

3.Customer Support: -

a) Timely revert to mails regarding any queries received related to documents/shipment or dispatch.

b) Co-ordinate with the Customer to receive green light for shipment planning.

c) Support in preparation of tender (as allocated) within stipulated time.

d) Participate in virtual calls/teleconference with customers pertaining to pending order status and other agenda as necessary.

4.Cross functional co-ordination: -

Regular interaction with cross functional teams like supply chain, logistics, regulatory, SAP, warehouse, packaging & MIS teams as required for execution of given responsibilities.

Special Skills: (Managerial & Functional ) :

Should be thorough with MS office, Excel, Data management, good verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.

Should be open to Travel for domestic & International.
