Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Logistics

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. To be work on of all sectors RFQs and maintain record with RFQ numbers.

2. RFQ record Link with all actual shipment RFQs

3. Check RFQ offer rate with actual shipments inquiry details.

4. Coordinate with freight management team for freights details, calculate freight cost % on given freight by freight management team. Submit the cost sheet to finance and HOD for approval.

5. Update shipment tracking report with EGM numbers and submit to corporate office regular basis.

6. Prepare report on every quarterly country wise volume, agent wise volume on export data.

7. Prepare report on monthly planning (receiving from SCM) with reasons wise on total volume with available best options, route for country to country & Compare freight cost of air & sea shipment.

8. All activities to be handle independently and report to department head.

9. Any more responsibilities from management will be decide later and finalize.
