Job Description
Role & responsibilities
SDEA Manager:
- To manage assigned pharmacovigilance agreements by performing negotiations to define conditions of the agreement with external business partners.
- Initiate timely review and updates to pharmacovigilance agreement.
- Ensure accurate and up to date information of agreement.
- Assist in the development, maintenance and training of PV and other concerned departments on applicable SOPs.
- Support internal Audits and Regulatory Inspections by health authorities and Audits by pharmacovigilance Agreement partners.
- Monitoring of compliance with business partner agreements.

Work culture in company is poor.manager team is unqualified.a person named venu prakash tortures subordinates.there is no certain timing to come out from company.whenrver rain falls water gets accumulated abd flows like a lake in that only employees should walk and go.no proper drainage system.
