Responsibilities:

• EHS Trainings: Induction training for new employee trainees, Class Room
• Trainings for Regular employees. Tool box talks to Contractor workmen
• Daily inspection of Fire Hydrant system and its checklist
• Daily monitor the Public addressing system and Fire alarm control unit
• Conducting plant Inspection and Identification of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions at all
• work places and prepare the CAPA for them.
• Maintain Safety norms and standard's and PCI documents
• Daily check the fire tender and ambulance checklist
• Co-ordinate to conduct the Mock drill
• Monitoring the Personal Protective Equipment usage at Work place
• Document preparation like Internal Audit Report, Workplace Monitoring.
• Organizing Safety committee Meetings and monitoring Compliance of Safety Committee
• Minutes, Workers Participation in Safety Management.
• HAZOP study, Hazard identification and Risk assessment for all process and Operations.
• Safety equipment checking's, all checklists maintaining on time like Fire hydrant
• Monitoring the continuous Earth monitoring system.
• Co-ordinate to implement Occupational Health and Safety management system.
• Investigation of all Incident and provide remedial measures.
• Monitoring of Illumination and Noise levels in Work place
• Submission of Daily and monthly end report to authorities.
