Role & responsibilities
PV QA and Training Manager:
• To manage regulatory inspections and business partner audits preparation and follow-up until closure.
• To Manage Deviations, CAPA and Change controls. Ensure the CAPAs are assessed and implemented within agreed timeline.
• Liaise with operational team for risk assessment for any new activity to find out gaps and to prepare the mitigation plan.
• To organize training plans٫ design and develop training programs.
• To Monitor the internal KPIs and compliance.
• To support Audits and Inspections.

Work culture in company is poor.manager team is unqualified.a person named venu prakash tortures subordinates.there is no certain timing to come out from company.whenrver rain falls water gets accumulated abd flows like a lake in that only employees should walk and go.no proper drainage system.
