Project Management Executive/Sr Executive - CDMO

Job Description:

Project Management Candidate with 2-6 years of experience with leading CDMO/CRO/CRAMS

• Client Management- Single Point of Contact with a client for non-technical activities such as weekly or bi-weekly updates, MOM, action items, etc.
• Organize meetings with CFT on regular basis to monitor the progress of the projects.
• Working with team to decide on the project overall timelines, project schedule and deadline. Communicate with other CFT teams for the completion of project as per timelines decided.
• Update new Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource mapping, project monitoring, tracking & coordination during project execution.
• Manage Procurement- Coordinate with the Strategic Sourcing team for a quote and PO release follow-up delivery and communicate to stakeholders. Coordinate with stores and ensure material availability for scientific work.
• Project Raw material management, compound management and project shipment management
• Monitor project attributes such as scope, time, resource and resource change.
• Prepare project status sheet & share it with internal and external shareholders.
• Preparation and maintenance of Project Gantt, Product presentation for client, maintaining repository of key project related information.
• Responsible for on time delivery, cost, quality & scope control of Projects.
• Prepare monthly productivity slides and share with internal teams and client.
• Manage Logistics and Shipment- Coordinate with the logistic team for dispatch. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on dispatch and delivery.
