Role & responsibilities

• Receive and verify raw materials (e.g., active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients) according to purchase orders and specifications.
• Receive and inspect packaging materials (e.g., bottles, blisters, labels) for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure the safe storage of packaging materials, following FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
• Monitor inventory levels for RM, PM, and FG, ensuring accurate tracking through warehouse management system
• Follow GMP guidelines, safety regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Safely store finished goods in proper storage conditions, ensuring regulatory compliance and traceability.
• Coordinate with the production, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure material availability and resolve any material shortages or discrepancies.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor Degree with relevant experience in Warehouse Department Formulations

Must be in Pharmaceutical Industry (OSD Formulations)

Having Experience in 02 to 07 years Experience in Warehouse Operations
