• Monitor daily attendance, manage leave applications, and ensure accurate leave balances, coordinating with department heads as needed.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction to provide insights for decision-making.
• Use tools like Google Sheets to maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and analyze attendance records.
• Build strong relationships with employees and department heads to ensure alignment of HR processes with business goals.
• Ensure all HR activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations, utilizing HR tools effectively.
