- Compliances (Secretarial, Legal & HR)
- USD Bond Compliances, ECB Compliances
- Listed Compliances w.r.t Debentures
- Related Party Transactions, ICD Transactions, Inter Company Loans
- Group Captive Transactions
- Trademark and Copyright
IPO, ICDR, LODR - preferred.
