About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Export Manager to join our growing team.
- In this key role, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our business into international markets.
- You will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for international markets, including market entry strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, agents, and industry associations in target markets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of international markets, including regulatory requirements, cultural nuances, and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of export operations.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets for international markets.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Travel internationally as required to meet with clients, build relationships, and attend industry events.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in international business development, sales, or marketing within the Ayurvedic/Nutraceutical/FMCG-Nutrition industry.
- Prior experience in export operations is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues across different cultures.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other foreign language is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
