Application Analyst III

The Business Analyst will collaborate with application analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable solutions. This role involves technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and strong collaboration skills with business, technology teams, and customers.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain system processes across Herbalife.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams for project initiation and enhancement requests.
• Apply software development methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and AIM.
• Analyze business requirements and guide the development team toward effective solutions.
• Conduct functional testing for production support, enhancements, and projects.
• Understand integration points, cross-functional processes, and business challenges.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions for production support.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and define customer requirements.
• Create and present key requirement artifacts, including scope documents, business requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, and gap analyses.
• Stay updated on process and IT advancements to modernize systems.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and perform in high-pressure environments.

Required Qualifications
Skills

• Proficiency in business flows, including CRM and ERP systems like Oracle and Salesforce.
• Understanding of system architecture and application integration processes.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience and analytical thinking.
• Experience with change management tools, DevOps frameworks, and version control.
• Self-management and ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.

Experience

• 5+ years in IT/Technology and ERP system process flows.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL queries and data analysis for business conclusions.
• Demonstrated project lifecycle experience, implementation documentation, and test cases preparation.

Education

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-national application implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project and Visio.
• Bi-lingual and effective communication skills.
