Financial Controller - CA (9-15 yrs)

Position: Finance Controller

Location: Mumbai

Must Have: CA Qualified

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Controller to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. The role involves managing financial planning, reporting, and audits while maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Management:

1).Submit monthly P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and periodic forecasts.

2).Ensure compliance with JV agreements.

Financial Control and Accounts:

1).Monitor vendor debit periodicity and customer credit cycles.

2).Review and ensure accurate accrual of expenses.

3).Conduct Balance Sheet reviews, resolving open items.

4).Assist in statutory, tax, and transfer pricing audits.

Financial Planning and Budgeting:

1).Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS reports and Business Head Flash reports.

2).Prepare and submit Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and forecasts.

3).Develop presentations for Board Meetings and Monthly Business Reviews.

Desired Functional Skills:

- Proficiency in financial and performance analysis.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Familiarity with accounting regulations and taxes impacting the business.

- Expertise in accounting systems, including Tally ERP.

- Tech-savvy with a focus on automation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Education & Experience:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Experience: 9+ years in financial roles within high-scale operations, preferably in Fashion and Luxury industry.
