Finance Controller - CA (15-20 yrs)

Qualification - CA Final

- Drafting the accounting policies and designing the accounting systems in compliance with statutes

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Preparation of the standalone and consolidated financial statements for entities globally

- Provide right guidance for taking business decisions keeping all applicable statutes in view

- Drafting and reviewing contracts

- Preparing briefs for seeking professional opinions

- Working closely with the FP&A and Operational Controller to review monthly operating results and help drive business decisions

- Preparation/Support preparation of MIS and performance reports as key inputs to QBRs, Board meetings and other key analytical reports.

- Work with statutory and internal auditors closely and ensure fully compliant financial statements with zero observations

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
