Challenge assumptions and bring in outside-in views to continuously enhance and grow our skill-based development approach..
Co-design the global rotational development program for our operations career path to ensure appropriate challenges and support mechanisms are in place..
Oversee the IMEA early career program participants and act as guiding mentor to their development journeys..
Lead the hiring and performance assessments for our early career program participants and manage our regional senior stakeholders..
Lead the rollout of skill-based development programs in collaboration with regional and local operations to develop critical competencies needed for future success..

YOUR SKILLS.
