Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores, Logistics & Dispatch Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Stores, logistics & Dispatch work in coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a basic understanding of Stores, logistics & Dispatch processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of logistics & Dispatch work
• Track and monitor inventory levels
• Prepare and process the documents
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Assist in the resolution of any issues related to logistics, dispatch & store work
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skill Sets Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computers Outlook, Excel & Microsoft Word

Educational Requirement:

• Graduation in any stream

Experience:

• 2 to 3 Years of relevant experience preferred.
