Sales And Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales/BD Executive to join our team. The individual will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills to achieve revenue targets and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies.
• Track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with other departments to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company's services.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) or sourcing/consulting industry is a plus.
