Job Description
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate leads.

- SEO/SEM Management:
- Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Develop targeted email lists and segments based on customer demographics and behaviors.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved results.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop a content marketing strategy to attract and engage target audiences.
- Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
- Work may involve remote or hybrid arrangements, depending on company policies.
