  • HubSpot Expertise: Leverage HubSpots marketingautomation platform to create and manage email marketing campaigns, leadnurturing workflows, and other digital marketing initiatives. Ensure seamlessintegration between HubSpot and other marketing tools.
  • Google Ads Management: Create, optimize, andmanage Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, andgenerate high-quality leads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, makingdata-driven adjustments to achieve optimal results
  • Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paidadvertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media anddisplay advertising. Implement A/B testing and other strategies to improvecampaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • SEO and SEM: Collaborate with content creatorsto optimize website content for search engines (SEO). Manage search enginemarketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance online visibility and drive targetedtraffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze andreport on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools likeGoogle Analytics and HubSpot. Provide insights and recommendations forcontinuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Work closely with the salesteam to generate high-quality leads through digital marketing efforts.Implement lead generation strategies and track lead conversion rates.
  • Content Strategy: Contribute to the developmentof content strategies that align with digital marketing initiatives, ensuringconsistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • BudgetManagement: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively,allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the best results.


    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or arelated field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digitalmarketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, paid advertising, and HubSpot.
    • Proficiency in using Google Ads, GoogleAnalytics, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools.
    • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM bestpractices.
    • A track record of successful digital marketingcampaigns with measurable results.
    • Excellent analytical and data-drivendecision-making skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Relevant certifications in digital marketing(e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) will be a plus.
