Position: Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)
The ZSM will spearhead business growth, client acquisition, and strategic sales planning while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities based on market analysis.
- Support real estate shortlisting and acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and grow the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives.
- Conduct field visits and monitor territory performance.
- Manage sensitive issues to uphold the company's reputation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Written and verbal).
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Graduation/Postgraduation (required).
Experience:
- 7+ years in real estate with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
