Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)

Urgent vacancy for the role of Manager / Sr Manager - sales with one of the very well-known real estate organization.

Location - Gurgaon

Exp : 5-10 years

MBA from good institute will be preferred.

CTC : Upto 15 LPA (Depends on experience)

- This would be for the new high rise residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon and other parts of North India.

- Those with good experience in Luxury Automobile sales, wealth management, hospitality sales, or other Non Real estate sales can apply.

- Exposure to HNI sales is a must.

- Those currently not working or a Notice period of 15-20 days will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Developing sales strategies: Creating strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues

- Setting sales targets: Working with the sales team to set individual sales targets

- Supporting agents: Providing resources and support to help agents sell or lease properties

- Communicating with clients: Helping clients close a sale or facilitate a purchase

- Tracking sales: Collating and interpreting sales figures and reporting

- Controlling expenses: Monitoring budgets and controlling expenses
