1. Candidate will work on Navigation of wealth or investment related products like SIP, bank Investments, Mutual funds etc. on app or website through tech development.
2. Knowledge of tech side and Investment products is mandatory.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to drive the business strategy and growth of our WealthTech app.
- The role involves introducing new financial products, such as mutual funds and insurance, and driving both topline and bottomline growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal finance and a deep understanding of financial instruments, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners.
Responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of new financial instruments, expanding the app's portfolio with mutual funds, insurance, and other financial products.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase assets under management (AUM), while ensuring scalability in terms of user base and repeat usage.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless execution and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with mutual fund houses, insurance providers, and other relevant financial entities.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-market, revenue growth, AUM, user acquisition, and repeat rates, ensuring business objectives are met.
- Efficient and timely introduction of new products.
- Increasing topline through expanded offerings and market reach.
- Growth in total assets managed through the app.
- User Acquisition & Retention: Growth in user base and improvement in user retention and engagement.
- Repeat Usage: Increase in repeat transaction rates, indicating sustained user activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in business development, product management, or a related field within the financial technology sector.

- Deep understanding of financial products and a strong desire to help individuals manage their personal finances effectively.
