Sales Executive

• Answering questions about products or Services of the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Should have Calling and Sales Experience at least of greater than 1 year in sales.
• Excellent Communication skills in English without any mother tongue influence
• Should be a Graduate
• Comprehension and ability to capture basic booking details such as address, Name, age, and Gender clearly in English in CRM
• Open to work as per shift within business operations window of 07:00 AM to 11:00 PM.(Morning shift for Females and morning, afternoon/evening shifts for males), along with 6 days working and rotational Weekly OFFs.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
