Designation: Sales Executive

Location: Pune

Number of Vacancies: 3

Years of Experience: 1-2 Years

Salary Range: Upto 12-18 K + Incentives

Product: Demat and Trading Accounts Conversions

Industries Preferred: BDE/ Sales Executives from any financial services, Insurance, Mutual Funds, IT

industry (selling ERP or other IT related products/softwares) , Builders & Developers

Industry to avoid: Automobiles, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing,

Roles and responsibilities

 Ensure conversion of leads into customers from the lead list provided.

 Proactively call and connect with the leads, provide right product information and clarify any

doubts from the lead.

 Maintain proper records, lead database and ensure a good sales pipeline is maintained at all

times.

 Follow up with the leads on time to ensure more conversion ratio.

 Ensure post sales activities like maintaining good customer relationship, checking if the

Demat/Trading account is opened and is functional. Provide assistance and troubleshoot any

issues in the KYC process.

 Provide relevant reports to the team lead.

Desired Candidate

 1+ years of experience in sales with a good sales track record

 Good Communication skills (Both Hindi & English) and listening skills.

 Self-Motivator and organized.

 Knowledge of Stock Broking, Demat Trading and Share Market will be an added advantage.
