Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services and identifying sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products/services offered and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, address inquiries, and assist in finding suitable products that meet their needs.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
• Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager about sales performance, leads, and customer feedback.

Work location: JP Nagar 9th phase

Time : Day shift

Salary : Hike based on Last Drawn
