Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customers queries via live chat.
• Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products/services to provide informed assistance to customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through friendly and helpful chat interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency in responses.
• Database Management: Log and document all customer interactions and details in CRM software or customer service systems.
• Escalation: Escalate issues or requests to appropriate departments or senior management when required.
• Follow-Up: Follow up on customer queries or issues to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Regularly update management on key metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.
